EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Fashion Tech accepts exchanges on items with manufacturing defects. Items damaged by normal tear or wear cannot be returned or exchanged.

The item should be in the same condition as it was received with the original packaging and tags.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days from the day you receive the item via phone call or email.
